I have been challenged to my utter limits to try and design awards that could come even a tiny bit close to being a notion of accolade to award the absolutely mind blowing talent and achievements of the winners.”
The inaugural 2017 NRS Scottish Sporting Awards will be held at Prestontfield House, Edinburgh on Friday 10th March 2017 and will be hosted by Sky Sports presenter David Tanner. The event will welcome well-known faces like Dame Katherine Grainger, Alex McLeish, Bernard Gallacher, David Sole and Caroline Weir, to name but a few, to celebrate and reward the outstanding achievements of Scotland’s sporting stars from across disabled, professional and amateur sport.

From swimming to athletics these young people have shown commitment, dedication and downright determination to get to where they are today and we could not be prouder to celebrate those achievements at this year’s awards.”
The awards dinner promises to be an unmissable night, supported by businesses and organisations from across the country, celebrating the importance of supporting sport and its participants in Scotland.
