Fife Clinic

From our administrative base at Crosshill, by Lochgelly, we provide outreach music therapy services across Fife, Kinross and Stirling. Our outreach locations include NHS Fife Hospitals in the fields of dementia care, acute stroke rehabilitation and adult learning disability / forensic services. We work in primary, secondary and special schools, with children and young people who have additional support needs and autism. We also have services in adult and child palliative care, working in hospices with people who have life-limiting illness and their families. In each outreach location, we are committed to tailoring our music therapy service to best meet the differing needs of the clients. We promote collaborative working with the staff teams and specialists at each venue, including undertaken evaluation projects and research. We have also often provided training and experiential music making sessions for staff.
